Policy

• Medlicott Design will endeavour to complete all work on or before the quoted finish date.
• All customers desired outcomes from their creative brief will be followed up and implemented where possible.
• Quoted prices and costs will never change without consultation with the client due to extenuating circumstances. (Changes to agreed specifications can cause major overruns, so please try and establish all your requirements over the first meetings, and before signing the contract).
• Quotes do not include domain name charges, or hosting prices.
• For Ecommerce websites, establishment of Merchant Accounts and Integration costs are over and above website design quotes. (However, help with this process is part of my design quote)
• Website design prices include submission to the major free search engines.
• Contracts include non-disclosure and confidentiality clauses to protect your business information.

• Explanations of any facets can be queried at any time during the design process.
